Healing is on divine time, and it takes the time it takes; so we take the time. There is a set price per session, so you pay no more or no less for the length of session.
Quantum Soul Healing sessions are 4+ hours
Other modality sessions range from 1 to 1.5 hours
Again these are just estimated time as we flow as the session unfolds but we do stay mindful of everyone's time.
Healing is an individualized journey so there is no set number of how many sessions a person will need. It also depends on which modality you choose and the process and progress of your healing journey using those modalities.
Quantum Soul Healing sessions are long and an intensive process, the majority of people experience significant changes with just one session if you have had experience in relaxation techniques or have had hypnosis sessions before or practice meditation.
As with any personal growth, it is a process, so down the road you may be guided to dive back in with another session. It is recommended that you allow the session to integrate before jumping into the next one. Also, life happens and new things pop up. This is a great time to get the guidance you need on your journey.
Other modalities a recommendation of a minimum of 4 sessions is suggested to get to the deep rooted healing.
Everything is confidential. The only things that I do share with others are what people say that I can share, to give you a little rundown of the process and examples of what profound healing happened without using the client's name.
These sessions require such a high level of openness, honesty, and trust to receive the maximum benefit; therefore, confidentiality is strictly maintained. Anything shared with you about other clients' experiences is only done with their permission, knowing it may help others with their journey and healing.
Being hypnotized is best described in this way: Your body will feel very relaxed and your mind will feel very focused. Outside noises or other normal distractions don’t interfere when you are focused in this way.
When you are driving a familiar route in your car, riding the train looking out the window, taking a leisurely shower, watching a great movie, reading a book in which you are totally engrossed, all of these things and more are commonly experienced in an alpha brain-wave state, which is considered a light trance.
You have to genuinely want to have a hypnosis and regression session and participate, not so much by trying and effort, but by relaxation and allowing.
These two things are vastly different. Trying is more of a thinking state and the allowing is more of a feeling state.
You also have to feel safe and trust your practitioner and yourself to participate. If you have doubts, fears, questions or feel uneasy, you won’t feel comfortable enough to have the experience you might have had.
I do not let any other person in the session. Exceptions may be made when a translator is required or unless we are doing a surrogate session.
This is a very personal journey. Information is often withheld when others are present, whether you try to or not. You may share everything with that person but in reality every person has these barriers, walls and stuff like that which we subconsciously put up when we are with people and we are not aware of. You need to be completely open and honest to get the maximum benefit from these sessions. So to really get the most out of the session, I don't allow anyone else in the session.
You have already committed to the process and your healing by booking your session and have set the wheels in motion.
1 - Set a realistic intention of what you would like to gain from your session.
2 - For Quantum Soul healing sessions, prepare a list of 5-10 questions/symptoms you would like to address (prioritize them with the important ones first). Please keep the questions relevant to you and not others.
3 - Online sessions need to be free from distractions and no one else present in the room.
4 - Limit the consumption of alcohol, drugs and if possible caffeine before the session.
5 - Drink plenty of water before and after the sessions.
6 - Wear comfortable clothing
7 - Block off plenty of time for the sessions.
8 - Try not to make other appointments on the day of the sessions.
Each session is as unique as the person having it.
On the day of the session, whether in person or online, we start by going through the things that are going on your life until your session, what physical issues you have going on, your life story, whatever details you think are important. At the end of that we go through your questions and what would you like to know particularly from them and get further clarification.
Once all that is done, we take a bathroom break.
You will then get into a relaxed and comfortable position. This may be resting in a recliner, lying in a bed, propped up on a couch, lie down on the floor, or whatever you are most comfortable with. Audio equipment will then be set up to record the session.

We start with me guiding you through a relaxation process like hypnosis or you can think of it as a guided meditation and then flow into a peaceful dream awareness state but through this entire process you are talking to me. We then connect to your higher self. (only for Quantum Soul Healing Sessions)
This is where the healing happens and we explore and find the answers to your questions.
You will then be guided back to your present awareness and we will review your session.
The recording of the session will be sent to you. Listening to your session is a huge part of the healing process because hearing yourself say things in the way you said them acts like a key to unlock those things inside you. Listening to your session will instantly bring you back to your true state of “being” and the healing becomes truly solidified within you.

“You ‘made it up’ from somewhere.” Deep within yourself even a “made up” story is created from information that is relevant to you and your life in some way.
“You made it up. You also “made up” your entire life, haven't you?
The greatest creative power we have is in our imagination and we have been taught to dismiss, ignore and belittle that great force within us.
Great creations and discoveries have also started from imagination and a thought, haven't they?
Every information received whether it makes sense now or not contains information for you that provides a context and perspective valid to your current life.
Relaxation and allowance are the gateway actions to ensure that you have the experience you were meant to have.
Trust yourself and Trust the process
Information can come to you in many, many ways.
It can come visually, auditorily, in a feeling or sensing state and it can also come by a “knowingness” too. Some people have a combination of two or more of these information streams, and some people even have information come to them by smell or taste.
Examples:
Can you “imagine” what the front door of your home looks like right now even without “seeing” an image of it floating in front of you? This is seeing something in “your mind’s eye” or imagining it.
Can you imagine what wood smoke from a fire smells like even without one burning in front of you?
Can you imagine the taste of a lemon without putting one in your mouth?
Can you feel the warmth of the sun on your skin?
Everything is intention. Make it happen, want it to happen ad it will happen.
This is rare but sometimes people experience releases happening before their sessions too as physical responses and we can ask why during the session to understand the reason.
There are different ways of letting go of stuff.
Many people start crying, get hot or feel cold, feel heavy or light, some people shake, some people think they're shaking, but they're not, some envision themselves spinning; all different sensations and ways of letting go and releasing those emotions. Its usually a sign that we hit something major and it's your chance to move forward from it.
So don't be surprised if things ramp up as you get closer to the session. It's all a part of healing and your body's way of moving through things.
It is a good sign that you are ready and things are coming to the surface for you to finally move past them.
In these session, we just get into a deep state of relaxation or hypnosis in an awake and aware state where I help you to turn down the static of the conscious mind - thoughts, doubt, analysis and ask it to sit and observe what is happening and listen to those messages of what your body's trying to tell you, see what your subconscious mind and higher self is trying to tell you, learn what you are hanging onto or you are holding on and to really move past anything, get answers for anything.
You're not going to be blacked out or unaware because that kind of defeats the purpose. I need you to be aware so you can experience and talk to me. You may not have a conscious awareness of what you are processing, but you are still doing it.
So it's in that sweet spot between being fully awake and being fully alert were we do all the work.
Many clients feel aware during the session, especially during the hypnosis part, now that presents a onset of challenges. When you feel somewhat aware then the thoughts, little doubts can creep into your mind that says, "Maybe I'm just making this up. Maybe I'm not relaxed enough. Maybe I'm really not doing it right, you know that can't be right or I'm not even under hypnosis, I'm totally here in this room" etc etc.
It's almost like we have this internal argument going on. That is just your conscious mind (left brain) trying to pop in thinking what’s going on here? You know this can't be happening? This can't be real; and it's feeling a little confused.
This is because the information that we are receiving in the sessions is coming from the right side of your brain which is outside of the realm of the conscious mind (left brain).
It can feel a little frustrating because you know you don't want to fight yourself.
The Solution
Take a nice deep breath to get back on track again and go back to exploring into this infinite pool of knowledge that we carry. It's just learning how to quiet down that left side of the brain. You want to get as much as you can in the easiest way possible.
These 3 tips help quiet down your left brain and help you go into a deeper stage of relaxation, or hypnosis, where you have easier access to the right side of your brain, and this infinite amount of profound information and healing.
1 - The very best one is whenever your practitioner asks you a question, just trust and say the first thing that comes to mind. Do not analyse or doubt it, even if it seems weird. You can do that after the session. Just give what you get during the session.
2 - When your practitioner asks you to see something, try to see it in as much detail as you can. The more detail that you can put into that scene, the more it really anchors you into that scene.
3 - When your practitioner asks a question, talk and give as much description as you can. All the details help me guide you through the session. Use all your senses, seeing, feelings, hearing, knowing, smelling, sensing to describe and bring forward the information.
Talk about it, even if it's trivial stuff because when we do this, it's like almost like a fog gets lifted as we start talking and more stuff becomes apparent and then next connection shows up followed by the next and then the entire story or memory comes forward.
When you listen to your recording, you'll see how everything just flows together and makes sense in ways that your left brain wouldn't have been able to pull through, it's really great.

There is nothing you have to worry about with this. The vast majority of people don't have this experience, and for the few that do have intense visuals -- it's because the Soul knows you can handle it and would benefit from knowing the information in the scene. Your Higher Self will never show you something inappropriate for you to know. It is about learning and transcending to help with your soul progress.
I am there with you all along the way. As soon as you sense any intensity, I ask you to not feel any physical/emotional discomfort and experience the scene as an observer if that feels better. This helps people through intense scenes so they can extract the information their Higher Self wants them to know.
