My name is Farah Ardeshir. 

I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CH), Reiki Master and Teacher, Spiritual Medium, Healer, Lightworker, Holistic Coach and Therapist, Past Life Regression Therapist

I have been in the Hospitality and Insurance Industry before I ventured into following my passion and dream of creating a happy and fulfilling life for all of humanity.

I currently run a certified home based business called M5 Bakes, creating joy and happy moments for all my clients, their family and friends.

I have been a Reiki practitioner since 1995 and a Reiki Master since 1998 .

In the year 2020 I got my calling to learn and use the natural process of hypnosis, which was followed by other spiritual and healing services, to help people heal and make them feel good about themselves.

I started Spark The Light Within to use the natural, therapeutic, healing and spiritual modalities for do the

"Change Work" depending on the client's needs, to heal and grow and create a positive difference in their lives.
