Our therapeutic services are used as stand alone services desired by the client or in combination based on the clients needs.
Our aim is to help you light or relight that spark within you.
One lit up candle can light many other candles, illuminating its radiance; in the same way a change in one person’s attitude, behavior, energy can affect many others around them and raise the vibrations of our planet.​

Sessions are around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the flow of
each session.

A minimum of 4 sessions are recommended, sometimes
more depending on the depth of the change work needed.

All sessions are confirmed after the forms and payment are
received.

Hypnosis
Hypnosis used at Spark the Light Within is a serious and therapeutic process of self-improvement and not entertainment. It is a tool which enables us to work with our clients and their goals but how you will do with these tools will help determine the success in achieving your goals.

Hypnosis is a vast field and has various types of different techniques. We use Inner child healing, spiritual hypnosis by accessing our higher mind/higher self or if needed Past life regression, aura and energy clearing based on the goals the client wants to achieve for themselves. Based on how the sessions unfold, different techniques are used.
Trauma is not the event but our behavior and response to the event. Hypnosis helps with the healing and development of the different parts of ourselves that were wounded due to a traumatic experience or incident. Our beliefs and patterns are developed during our childhood based on what we have seen, told and influenced mainly by our primary care givers. As children between the ages of 0 years to approximately 8 years, our subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between real or the imagination of what is true. This creates certain core beliefs which may not be true but cannot perceive and we carry it along throughout our lives. These core beliefs, patterns adopted and fragments/parts of the wound that were created due to the traumatic incident went in shock or denial. When these emotions, memories, pain of a traumatic incident are not dealt with, it drains your energy and creates restraints of issues in your current life because it triggers the emotions that are still bothering you subconsciously. With hypnosis, we are unlocking the incident and making it safe to feel and heal the emotions, memories, pain caused by abuse, trauma, stress etc. that you could not have dealt with when the incident happened. It helps you to retrieve your power back and creating your boundaries and recreating your WHOLE personality again.
Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression therapy is the healing and development of the different parts of ourselves that are wounded due to a traumatic experience or incident in our past lives. These fragments/parts of the wound that were created due to the traumatic incident went into shock or denial.
When these emotions, memories, pain of a traumatic incident are not dealt with, it drains your energy and creates other restraints of issues in your current life because it triggers the emotions that are still bothering you subconsciously.
With Past Life Regression therapy, we are unlocking the incident and making it safe to feel and heal the emotions, memories, pain that you could not have dealt with when the incident happened, giving you clarity, a deeper insight and understanding of the root cause of your current life issues and lessons. The past life you experience is always what you can handle, what is appropriate, helpful and relevant to your current life. ​It also helps you to understand and experience the immortality of our soul. A minimum of 3 sessions will be needed to do a past life regression for any healing or therapeutic purpose. Thereafter 1 session per issue will be needed, if it is related to a past life.

Energy and Aura clearing
Energy and Aura is a hypnotic process to clear unwanted negative energies and attachments that are not yours, which enter your energy/auric field and have an impact your daily life. This happens when we are in a negative and vulnerable physical, mental, emotional and spiritual situation.
As we live life, these external energies are absorbed and have an impact on us, weighing us down energetically on our daily functioning creating negative and unwanted issues in our lives. Energy and Aura clearing process will help you get rid of these external energies and help you regain your power, feeling light, clear, free and balanced. Additional sessions maybe required depending on the depth and frequency of clearing work needed.
Reiki Healing
The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.”
It comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy).
Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body.
Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki helps the flow of energy and remove blocks, improving the flow of energy around the body, which can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
Reiki helps in relaxation, assists the body’s natural healing processes, and develop emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall wellbeing. Energy is everything around you including what you are made up of. We want to help you eradicate all the negative energy out of you and fill it with positive, loving, healthy, peaceful, energetic, confident energy within you.
$125 per session, with a 4 session package

The practitioner is considered a guide or facilitator. You assume equal responsibility by making a commitment and allowing yourself to be guided. The flow and desired outcomes in the sessions depends on your ability, input and belief from the guidance and suggestions delivered to you.
